Garmin Trainer - Week 3 Day2- First Garmin Strides session! 10 min warm up, 8x {20 secs Sprint, 45 secs rest walk/jog) ,10 min cool down. 20 seconds sprint bursts felt quite manageable. I think my AJ’s Run Club ( #ajsrunschool ) with their “1 min fast runs” prepared me. 😁

Hey Garmin what do you put on your watches/sensors?? I had to remove my watch almost 2 months ago as it had completely trashed my wrist, its taken a while to heal but I put it back on yest and in less than 12 hours it's sore again 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey @garminuk why are my Forerunner lap announcements now garbage? For runs & walks after each km it used to say 'lap x, 6min30s' or similar, now says things like 'Hard grade 8%, timer paused', 'Average speed: point-eight' and  'Shower in 8 metres'! I can't find how to fix 🤷🏼‍♂️

Big shout out to Garmin who replaced my elderly Garmin Forerunner with a brand new one inside 7 days (including the Bank Holiday weekend). Thank you! Now I can exercise again 😊
