Bei der IPCC Jahrestagung geht es um einen Austausch zwischen der Wissenschaft, Politik und der Gesellschaft über die Klimakrise.

I was trying to think about the first time that I read a IPCC report that directly indicated the risk to human health as a result of the increase in wildfire smoke as a result of climate change, the first one I can think of was the 2014 report.

Monthly update with the April PIOMAS Arctic ice volume data. Despite the strong El Nino, volume is more than 2 sigma above the IPCC ice-free summer in 2035 scarynario. The natural variation null hypothesis (green curve matching AMO) is looking good at the moment.

Jo, för mig känns det lika uppenbart som att när SD satte Elsa Widding som nr 12 på sin riksdagslista samtidigt visade att partiledningen inte tar IPCC:s slutsatser på allvar.

Och inte heller detta kommer leda till ngn förändring gissar jag (f ö typ 'känt av alla' redan innan).

Som sagt, IPCC:s vetenskapliga rapport nämner inte ordet ”klimatkris” på tiotusen sidor. Desinformation på hög politisk nivå.

People think solar panels are good for the environment but they’re not. They’re made with toxic heavy metals and aren’t recycled. Most are made with coal in China and produce produce 3x more CO2 than IPCC thought. And they require 300-600x more land than other energy sources.

Water vapour is responsible for 95% of the greenhouse effect & carbon dioxide only 3.6%. The natural world causes 99% of the greenhouse effect but the human contribution just a third of 1%. The IPCC does not mention these things & blames CO2. It is a global climate hoax.
