🐴mother fucker🐴 It’s not totally the same bc “real” Italian places here esp tend to be expensive/fancy, and hole-in-the-walls tend to be firmly ital-American (which is its own authentic cuisine, not white-people-version) which chicken alfredo is

CoronetGuy Chef Andrew Gruel Same. One of our local old school Italian places. After Covid, they added so many breadcrumbs to the meatballs, it was like eating sawdust. I felt bad, but we had gone there for years. What an insult.
