ARRS (Additional Roles) in General Practice (£1.4bn) has been at the expense of cutting funding to GP Practices (£2bn) = fewer GPs & Practice Nurses & less access for patients

This is all intentional

Now NHS England is advertising non-doctor jobs titled ‘Clinical Fellow’

Failing NHS England Board meets to discuss successes, problems & some solutions to #NHS

Yet again ignoring the most productive, under resourced area of the NHS, 1.4million consults/day

20% funding cut in 8yrs, 99.2% GPs voted against new contract, as workload unsustainable

If NHS England had been prepared to fund placeholder jobs then this could have been sorted out in days and all new doctors would know where they would be working.

Instead they delay and dither, leaving us in the lurch.

Shame on you NHS England shame on you.

I wish for a week all the people responsible for this poison at AstraZenecaUK who remain silent including GOV.UK and our NHS England could live and experience the same severe daily pain and disability I do
