Given the news that Tom Ledbury (right) has now been convicted, we are asking why Rob Shearring (pictured with spade) who is also in the video assisting Radbourne and Thompson, has not also been charged? Wilts Rural Crime RSPCA (England & Wales)? Any reason why justice remains unserved?
