got a few confirmations russia has started blocking outline vpn. is this the first time a government manages to block shadowsocks? has anyone run the analysis of how it’s done?

Uploading big files always fail in the middle when conjuction with shadowsocks+v2ray(TCP imp bug?).
However if you tunnel via VPN(e.g. windscribe/openvpn),then there will be no such problem.
TCP is weired.
Note:Windscribe(blckd) is still using my shadowsocks+v2ray as front proxy.
