Do you miss having a team?

I'm not a 'solopreneur' anymore.

Solopreneurship sounds sexy.

But it's not.

I got one Executive Assistant right now.

(She's amazing.)

Partnering with a mentor in business.

And will be adding in folks to help with delivery.

Small + lean teams are the future.

✨ Consistency is key to solopreneur success.

Set a work schedule and stick to it as if it were your traditional job.

In June 2023 I decided I wanted to be a solopreneur.

I jumped straight into learning.

For 6 months.

Did I learn a lot?

Yes.

But the most impactful lesson came after that:
