. Southwest Airlines there is a reason I try to avoid flying with you as much as humanly possible. 4 flights scheduled on this trip and ALL FOUR of them have been delayed for some sort of assorted nonsense. The absolute worst airline of all time

Had my worst experience on Southwest Airlines. Our flight was delayed almost 2 hours, then we didn't get beverage service. When we asked a flight attendant for water so my wife could take her medicine, she said they weren't doing service cuz of the weather. It was a smooth flight. 1/2

Southwest Airlines a phone agent helped my husband change his flight Saturday and apparently cancelled his return in the process.Thank you to the amazing agent who just took his call and rebooked him on the return for the fare he originally paid. Southwest customer service = the best!
