It happened! MEPs adopted the #AAQD trilogue deal 👏

Trilogue agreement on #PlatformWork Directive adopted by European Parliament. Using EU regulation to determine when self-employed #workers are employees remains problematic. Workable implementation of the directive must now be guaranteed.

ERS welcomes the landmark vote in European Parliament to adopt the provisional trilogue agreement on the EU #AAQD revision, a major step towards delivering clean air for all in Europe.

Member states must now adopt this deal to improve #airquality for all Europeans.
