4,300 Volkswagen employees at a plant in Tennessee begin voting today on whether to join the UAW.

In response, the Republican governors of six southern states made a statement warning workers against unionizing.

Nothing scares the GOP more than workers recognizing their power.

With less than 10 days until the current contract expires, Daimler is running out of time to make things right for their workers. ⏰

UAW Local 3520 recently held a spirited practice picket in Cleveland, NC, to show the company they're ready to walk out on April 26.

VW workers in Tennessee are about to vote on joining the UAW next week.

And someone is passing out malicious and dishonest anti-union literature at the plant.

Six GOP governors are trying to stoke fears that organizing with the UAW will shut down plants.

But Volkswagen is union everywhere else on Earth.

As one worker, Robert, told us: 'They're not gonna pull it out just because 4,000 employees out of 600,000 want to be organized.'

NEW: Volkswagen workers in Tennessee could win a union at a non-union car company for the first time in decades.

This week, they vote on joining the UAW.

If they win, it'll change the course of history and set the American labor movement on a new path.

We're on the ground in Chattanooga, TN where Volkswagen workers are voting starting TODAY to win their union w/ UAW. The victory of VW workers could be the fight that breaks the flood door gates of organizing in the South.

UAW President Shawn Fain says, “Workers realize they’ve been getting screwed for decades & they’re fed up.'

He's confident the UAW will unionize VW & Mercedes, but said Tesla will be harder. “Musk is the epitome of everything that’s wrong with this world'

Unions have helped build our commonwealth and country, while raising the standard of living and quality of life for our workers.

I'm always proud to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with my friends at UAW.

The Alabama Senate has passed a bill to punish companies that voluntarily recognize unions.

Any entity that does so will not be eligible for economic development incentives.

This cynical attack on workers comes as Alabama Mercedes workers approach a vote on joining the UAW.

Unions are supporting President Joe Biden - United Steelworkers, AFL-CIO, UAW to name a few.

They are fundraising for him. They know Joe Biden is pro-Union and will fight for all working class Americans.

Today, I joined fellow governors in opposing the UAW's unionization campaign.

We want to keep good-paying jobs & continue to grow the American auto manufacturing sector. A successful unionization drive will stop this growth in its tracks, to the detriment of American workers.
