Looking at the handguards, wireframes are different & EFT's has holes for the screws whereas ABI's screws are part of the texture, however...

Unless these handguards went through the exact same wear & tear during service something fishy is 100% going on ๐Ÿคฃ

So, let's talk about topology and deformation real quick. For the Satyr's horns, I've gone with a low poly solutions that might look a bit cursed in the wireframe, but is quite effective for non-deforming geo. Ends up with strong silhouette and bakes just fine.

The work consists out of several layers creating depth between each iteration of the wireframe. The cut outs are derived from 3d scans of physical flowers in various stages of decimation in 3d software, creating a low resolution abstraction.
