Yesterday was #WorldRadioDay and this was January 2017 when I hosted my first Spectrum show on Radio One FM90, with guests Nicholas Opiyo (Pronouns He/Him) and Perry Aritua.
Great experience and mentally stimulating stint I had hosting the show until 2019 when #Covid_19 hit and changed our lives.
Both Sara Cox and Jo Whiley are both legends. You do what you have to do on air when stuff like this happens but bloody hell they have both been amazing. #WorldRadioDay
