Fiji Airways has the worst phone customer service I’ve ever dealt with. And I I used to deal with United.

We finally realized that FijiAirways was never going to fix our issue after paying multiple change fees for their mistakes in the hopes that it would be fixed. I would never book with them again.

Update - Fiji Airways attempted to extract an additional $1200 to fix their mistake (already $1200 change fees into the saga) - we decided not to fly with them.
I’ll fly with a real airline instead.

Beware travel prices that seem too good to be true.
