Engaging and informative conversation with maritime industry experts while in New York last week. We discussed risk assessment approaches and the impacts of recent activity in the Red Sea.

Thursday night at the USO Gala in D.C., the Vice Chairman recognized Service Members of the Year from all branches. Awardees were nominated by their commands for remarkable achievement in exemplifying Joint Force values. Congrats to the service members & their families!

I appreciated the opportunity to engage in a meaningful dialogue on leadership with Columbia Business School students. True leadership lies in service to others and empowering those around us. There are always opportunities to lead.
