Shotguns (75%) & handguns (61.3%) have the highest rates of fatalities in rampage mass shootings.

Rifles have the lowest rate of fatalities (23.1%) in rampage mass shootings.

The Trace @theviolencepro The tweet is a slight of hand. The article explains that they only looked at a very small subset of mass shootings - 190 of them since 1966. That makes the tweet seem disingenuous. Perhaps it’s a lack of space issue…..but I had no problem fitting it in.
