As we approach the 80th anniversary of D-Day it was sad to read of the passing of Pegasus Bridge Glider Regiment veteran Alfred Guinigault, on 4th May age 99.
Tragically the family are having to crowdfund his funeral. Please help out if you can.

It's pretty depressing that everything, including education, is reducible to economically-oriented activity; and if it's about anything more or is 'merely' subjectively enriching it's deemed either a privilege to be reserved for the already-privileged or else it's worthless.
