Question is, how significant will Microsoft's AI hub in the UK really be? Will this be a mere outpost or more of an AI HQ for Microsoft?

My main takeaway from this is that the AI data rush will lead to ever greater pressures to circumvent copyright and privacy restrictions. I wonder what implications this has for lobbying around privacy rules in the EU and elsewhere?
