'Insert y at position x in array L' usually needs many moves of entries. A series of many insertions into L usually takes quadratic time. Arrays are terrible. But wait: the cr.yp.to/2024/insertion… algorithm takes essentially linear time. Predictable memory traffic. Vectorizable.

Added tests that this algorithm for mapping integers to constant-weight vectors is producing the same results as two simple descriptions of the output: cr.yp.to/2024/gcww-2024… Also makes clear that the algorithm interoperably allows the s parameter to be freely chosen for speed.
