A nice afternoon for a stroll in St. Stephen’s Green in #Dublin city centre. They now have a series of signs with info about the role the Green played in the 1916 Easter Rising. The last lines of the one pictured inspired Paula Meehan’s poem ‘Them Ducks Died for Ireland’ 🦆🦆🇮🇪

I’m looking forward to this series. Rachael is a natural presenter, judging from the great pilot episode of this programme, which aired late last year. 📻
