The DOD updated mask guidance for all installations as of 28 July. While is doesn't impact Selfridge, Alpena CRTC is located in an area of 'substantial transmission.' All 127th Wing members reporting for #ExerciseSpartan are now required to required to wear masks indoors.
Happy 104th birthday to Selfridge! On this day, 104 years ago, the first military unit took possession of then called, Selfridge Field. The Michigan National Guard, 'G' Company, 33rd Infantry, 125th Infantry Regiment took over, turning over control to the Army only days later.
