29 Sqn recently took part in ICAV training simulating a virtual exercise. The simulation tested Sqn SOIs and SOPs at Tp and SHQ level.

Following on from the success of the Waterpolo, LCpls Morrey and Gerrard have won the Army Diving Inter-Unit Championships. LCpl Morrey was also a key member of the winning Inter-Corps competition team and the Individual springboard winner. Great effort!!

Massive congratulations to LCpl Morrey, Pte Scadding and LCpl Gerrard, who, as part of the AMS Women’s Water Polo team won the Inter Corps championships today. Outstanding effort!!

The Role 2 Basic continues to deliver on Ex WESSEX STORM, demonstrating how DHC can be delivered effectively and at speed in support of 7 LMBCT.

Great to see a task organised medical group training in support of led by 3 Med Regt with 21 Multi-Role Medical Regiment and clinical personnel from the wider British Army Medical Services and Commander Joint Hospital Group.

A pleasure to attend the Royal British Legion launch of the Poppy Appeal for 2023 in Mansion House, York. Soldiers and Officers from 21 MMR and HQ 2 Med Bde got the opportunity to discuss remembrance with veterans and the Mayor’s Civic Party.
