Congrats Hector Gonzalez on earning your MPH from SUNY Downstate! Hector began working for us as a volunteer in 2014, then an intern to full-time staff in 2018! Later this month he will begin the PA program at Downstate’s SoHP. We will miss him, but we wish him loads of success!

We hosted a webinar with youth about #lungcancer & smoking culture in the Black community. One highlight is how 'Big Tobacco' companies target our communities with menthol cigarettes & tobacco products and sponsor events like #BLM rallies and other media to attract young people.
