Good to see that MLAs at Stormont have today endorsed a legislative consent motion (LCM) to enable the Tobacco and Vapes Bill to apply to Northern Ireland.

ASH Scotland have signed the letter by Human Rights Consortium Scotland calling on the First Minister to introduce the Human Rights Bill as soon as possible.
This Bill will include the right to a healthy environment, free from harmful substances like second-hand smoke.
