Good morning West Midlands Railway, your app says there's a train for 830 from Tysley to Jewellery Quarter. However, when arrived at the station its cancelled. Next one in 30.mins not good in this cold!

Good morning West Midlands Railway I'm at Tyseley Station and there is a ticket machine on platform four but non at the entrance nor is there some one that can sell you a ticket. I'm guessing it's a matter of time before we get a ticket machine on platform 2?
