20's Plenty for Us it would be fairer to say the people of Wales are largely ignoring 20 mph limits. Labour wanted it but didn't think for one second that the public would disagree.
20's Plenty for Us The rush to sign clearly showed the anger in the general population which is still palpable today. Nearly ½ million people pissed off by the WG who are still p*ssed off. Just because half a dozen people in your groupthink bubble try to pretend all is well doesn't make it so.

I commute twice daily through 5 miles worth of 20mph zones and I haven't encountered anyone adhering to it for weeks now. Even the police are doing 30.
