My first PhD paper exploring the interactions between disability and morbidity in the US. The younger cohorts certainly spend more of their lifetime with morbidities but not more time with disabilities. These patterns suggest dynamic equilibrium theory.

New paper in with Martin Kolk. We find that as a function of pre-retirement earnings and lifespan, lifetime pensions tend to be more unequally distributed than both. Declining lifespan inequality is a major reason why lifetime pension inequality declined across cohorts.
