This is a super interesting blog & Migration Policy Centre working paper from Emanuel Deutschmann ➡️ people can be much better at estimating the size of the immigrant population than commonly assumed. Highly relevant because ‘immigration innumeracy’ often seen as a cause of support for radical right.
Very nice to see this The Robert Schuman Centre interview with GE Sanchez in which she talks about her time Migration Policy Centre and the work she did and continues to do to improve understanding of global migrant smuggling
Check out this short 🩳blog by ᴀɴᴅʀᴇᴡ ɢᴇᴅᴅᴇꜱ on INNOVATE and what we will do to improve communication and collaboration between migration researchers and policymakers.
And mark your calendars for the launch of the Migration Research to Policy Co-Lab later this year!
