Being outside in the community can help improve mental health and we offer our staff ways to do this through volunteering days, cycle to work scheme and supporting our social value initiatives.

We encourage our staff to talk to us if they have any problems & have dedicated Mental Health First Aiders

We also offer a lunch time walking club, encouraging staff to take time away from their desk and #movemore

To promote #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek , this week we’ll be sharing some of the initiatives that we use to help and support our staff manage their health and wellbeing.

Check in on your colleagues, taking the time to check in and talk to people can make a huge difference.

It’s been a few months since our last KLA R&D and manufacturing centre update and the team have maintained great progress. Milestones reached include completion of the Gas Bunker cladding and roofing, in time for the delivery of our prefabricated LTHW & Chilled water Plant skids.
