The first ever football match I went to with my grandad, dad, uncle and brother was an FA cup game at Ashton gate in 1994. Yesterday I got to captain Bristol City FC in the FA cup at the same stadium in the same competition 28 years later. A proud day for me and my family ❤️

On a personal note I’m gutted to have suffered the injury I have at a time when I was back really enjoying my football. I’ll be doing all I can to support the boys while I’m out and trying to get myself back fit as quickly as possible.
