A lot of discussion ahead of the CPI that inflation will not come to 2% this year so the Fed won't cut rates.

While I think cutting too early would be a mistake, the fact is the Fed doesn't need inflation to be at 2% to cut, and that is by the PCE measure.

I still think the

Global Supply Chain pressures are moderating again.

Should be interesting to see how this feeds into inflation data over the coming months.

This could be the game-changer for China.

We’ve been waiting for those fiscal measures to prop up the economy and this could be the start of the required boost that China needs.
