One of my favorite conversations we’ve done so far because Laura Boillot & I get into one of the hardest parts of this work. NGOs have to support & promote these instruments together with states to make them work but also have to call out states when they fail to implement them.

At the UNSC meeting on nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation, SierraLeone@UN called upon all states to ratify the TPNW as the most important framework for collective efforts in securing a world free of nuclear weapons.
