Pretty much the dream half for CMB, who find themselves two up thanks to early goals from Anthony Hough and William Owen, and have had much of the play throughout the first 45.

A bit of a scramble ensues after a corner, and it looks like William Owen is the man to eventually turn it home.

Anthony Hough hits the first goal of tonight’s final.

Having shown great tenacity to initially win the ball back, the ball eventually fell to Hough on the edge of the area, who unleashes a lovely strike into the top corner.

Some mixed emotions on Saturday, as my six-month stint helping out the media team Atherton Collieries came to an end.
