Y’all, I’m still reeling. I lost both my editor and publisher yesterday in one fell swoop! My editor/publisher Lisa Lucas was the first person to tell me it was time for me to write down my story. She is responsible for my 2 book deal at Pantheon for a sum that makes me giddy.
My first feature in a minute, on Broadway after the pandemic, has really put the fun in unemployment. A pleasure and a challenge to dip back into the theater beat. Thank you to my old editors/colleagues at New York Magazine, esp Genevieve Smith and Gazelle Emami. vulture.com/article/peak-t…
