Y’all, I’m still reeling. I lost both my editor and publisher yesterday in one fell swoop! My editor/publisher Lisa Lucas was the first person to tell me it was time for me to write down my story. She is responsible for my 2 book deal at Pantheon for a sum that makes me giddy.

This Jew didn’t go on Birthright. This Jew has always supported a free Palestine. This Jew, like most of my Jewish friends, stands with Palestinians but not fascist Hams, stands with kids everywhere. Which is easy.

I see some folks on this hellsite claiming whatever happens to Gazans in the coming days is on them for electing Hamas.
1) There hasn't been an election in Gaza for 17 years.
2) It's literally the same unhinged argument Bin Laden made to justify killing American civilians.
