Castleton Primary had a great day yesterday. We did some science in the morning and did some experiments to see how healthy our local canal is. In the afternoon we went kayaking and canoeing and worked on our teamwork and paddling skills.

Another brilliant environment discovered. Literally minutes from my learners school, the grasslands at #glenifferbraes are just superb for flora and bird life. Easy to ascend and the views across the Clyde valley are just amazing. Brilliant day out Blairvadach Outdoor Education Centre St Bernard's Primary
