Congratulations to Chris Wilson — GCSAA superintendent at L.A. Country Club — and his team for being recognized with the E.J. Marshall platter by the USGA live on @NBC for their incredible work during the men’s #USOpen .

More championship coverage presented by BASF Turf US coming this week at the U.S. Open. Chris Wilson and his team at LACC rely upon experience and routines to prepare for the world’s best. While he may be treating it like any other day, there’s some gratification for Chris.

The GCM crew is all in purple today. They’re a tribute to The Patriot supt. Jeremy Dobson, Chris Wilson’s best friend whom we lost in a tragic accident. The purple represents their K-State ties and the logo is of Royal, Jeremy’s beloved black lab.

Had a blast volunteering this week at the AdventHealth Championship for the Korn Ferry Tour at Blue Hills Country Club. Course was in outstanding condition hats off to Logan Spurlock and the crew!

What rain! Logan Spurlock has this place dialed in for the AdventHealth Championship down here in KC! Stunning golf course will be a treat for the Korn Ferry Tour players. They can always use more bodies so give them a call and volunteer.
