CCISD had 43 high school art students from across the district qualify for the State VASE competition! 23 students earned medals, 2 won scholarships & 3 won the Gold Seal Award which is the pinnacle of artistic success in the program. Congratulations to Abigail, Kenadie & Ashna.

I had the pleasure of watching one of our students, Danielle Sanchez, perform an original song she wrote at the CCISD Volunteer Partnership Breakfast this morning! Our choir director, Mrs. Ruffin, and I could not be more proud of her accomplishments and talent!
