Harry S. Ding, Jacob T. Olinger, and Emerson G. Wiseman are part of the first group of scholarship winners in the 69th annual program.

CCSD has opened enrollment to FIVE-YEAR-OLD students for kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school
year.

Students must be 5 by September 1, 2024. Registration is open for the remainder of the current school year and throughout the summer online.

CCSD Seamless Summer Feeding Program works to fill the nutrition gap when school is out.

For 7 weeks, Nutrition Services will again provide free breakfast and lunch to approved sites in Charleston County through the SSFP.

Jessie J. Leitzel, a senior Creative Writing Major at Charleston County School of the Arts (SOA), is a state champion in poetry. Leitzel won the South Carolina Poetry Out Loud competition on March 9, 2024, in Columbia.
