Today I handed over six boats by donated by UNICEF Nigeria and generously funded by Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance to the Bayelsa State government.
These boats will be a lifeline for children in riverine communities, ensuring timely medical care and immunizations to ensure no child is left behind.
Water is an essential part of life. It has the power to unite communities, yet it can be a scarce resource, contributing to conflict and displacement.
