Hochul is announcing a conceptual budget agreement at 4:45 p.m., or broad strokes of a handshake deal as she did last year.

There’s still some details to be worked out, including cuts to Medicaid and this program. The Assembly scheduled to conference it tonight.

Disability advocates are in Albany right now sitting in the Deputy Secretary of Health’s office demanding a meeting on CDPA
