Agree. This stuff may hurt their rep a bit but they have a lot of rep stored up. We humans (especially on Twitter) have a tendency to think WHATEVER IS HAPPENING NOW IS GOING TO HAVE WIDE-RANGING EFFECTS ON SOCIETY FOREVER!!! But mostly, things don't change that fast.

Three strategic thoughts:

1) Stop using woke buzzwords like 'colonialism' which mostly get eyerolls.
2) Portray yourselves as concerned Americans, concerned about overseas people. Project your American patriotism, not allegiance with foreign powers.
3) Stop wearing masks
