My bill, HB24-1058, to protect neurological and biological data, passed unanimously (11-0)in the House Judiciary Committee. Colorado will be the first state to safeguard this data, as over-the-counter devices can already track personal data, including thoughts and brain activity.

I-25 from Fort Collins to Berthoud should get a little easier to travel when the new lane opens on Dec 15th. And check out the new transit mobility hub allowing Bustang to pick up passengers without exiting I-25.
