‘The Art of Eating Well’ delivered by Urban-Vertical CIC, in collaboration with Cardiff and Vale UHB Public Health Dietetics Team.

The project was an 8-week course which integrated cooking, nutrition, and creativity, to explore the profound connection between food and our lives.

If you've been to the Maternity Unit at UHW, you may have noticed some beautiful new pieces of art

Last year the Cardiff & Vale Health Charity awarded funding to have art commissioned for the Unit around diversity and inclusivity, ensuring that all mums, mums to be and families feel included

We recently welcomed Creative and Therapeutic Arts
students to work with the staff at MHSOP, to facilitate workshops for dementia patients.

This year’s theme of the project is ‘The Future of Healthcare’, and we look forward to seeing everyone’s ideas come to life 🤖🏥
