Cooking demos have returned to our Mobile Markets! At this week’s Market in Washington Heights, Geraldine from our Nutrition & Culinary Ed team served up tuna dip, while volunteers distributed 16,820 lbs. of food—including canned tuna, plantains, and apples—to 535 NYC families.
