Langston Hughes Class of 2026, 6' 2' 200lbs, running back with another PR in his 2nd 200m race of the season. This follows a 10.65 PR in the 100m earlier this week. Pure SPEED and POWER!!!

Today, I had a couple of coaches to ask me how our sprinter, Maurice “Lae” Gleaton Jr 'Lae' Gleaton, was able to run 10.2 in 3 consecutive races this week. It's simple, since he embraces the 400m, and isn't afraid to run it in a meet, he's super confident in his strength and conditioning

Congratulations to Langston Hughes Class of 2025 Jumper/Sprinter, who also plays QB, Christian 'C5' Langford on his outstanding performance at the MTFXCCGA Invitational. In his Langston Hughes debut, C5 won the Long Jump with a new PR leap of 23-7.50!!!
