The Rev Ruth Jagger was one of the first women priests ordained Portsmouth Cathedral ☩ in May 1994. She was pregnant & suffering from morning sickness, so left before the end. So on Saturday, she helped to lead the 30th anniversary service from the front. Details bit.ly/3QOF0MU
Our cathedral Portsmouth Cathedral ☩ hosted a service to celebrate 30 years since the ordination of the first #womenpriests . It was led almost entirely by women, including some of the pioneers from 1994. We thanked God for the richness of their ministry. Details bit.ly/3QOF0MU
