✳️ With thanks to Baroness Gabby Bertin, who tabled this amendment, counselling notes will now have better protection during criminal investigations such as #rape cases. The legal threshold is being raised for when police can request survivor's personal, confidential notes.

New Children's Commissioner for England report reveals that 92% of child domestic abuse victims receive no advocacy support.

The DA Act recognises children as victims in their own right, but dedicated services for them are few & far between.

Support for children must be secured in the Victims Bill.
