So I'm at Berkeley Square now and I see some of these Lime Bikes are once again preventing a licensed London Taxi rank from being used. Westminster City Council TfL Taxi & Private Hire absolutely ridiculous. It seems there's a 'trial' scheme in place if you check signage for these dockless bikes!!

(I was parked stationary engine off)
Then leaves scene of accident.
Luckily managed to catch his badge number on video before he turned his badge around.
