What does it mean for a T-cell to be 'exhausted'? How are exhausted T-cells being generated and studied and how can we start to introduce the microenvironment into exhaustion research? Check out our new review: Martin Fellermeyer Toby Whitehead Edward Jenkins
Our post-doc Sumana Sharma gives a quick introduction to her research as part of the 1st European Cancer Dependency Map Symposium!
Researchers at Davis Lab Oxford investigate the potential of a new combination #immunotherapy of #nivolumab , a clinically approved #PD1 blocking antibody, & OX108, a #CD200R blocker

Very pleased to have my first PhD publication published in Immunotherapy Advances Journal. Using humanised mice we trialled the combination immunotherapy of nivolumab and OX108 (a CD200R blocker) in two tumour models.

Check out mine & Markus Körbel work in Nature Communications. We address a long-standing question in T cell biology - how to discriminate between antigens. It turns out the shape of T cells is key!

Today was my last day in the Davis Lab Oxford! I've truly enjoyed my time there over the last 5 years (!) but I'm excited to be starting a postdoc in Ricardo A. Fernandes in a different field of T-cell biology.
The Ling Felce Bioinformatics Suite was opened yesterday at CAMS Oxford Institute in memory of Ling.
A fund in her honour aims to offer financial support for researchers seeking bioinformatics training.

Yesterday we officially opened the Ling Felce Bioinformatics Suite here at the CAMS-Oxford Institute (Nuffield Department of Medicine). In addition to the Ling Felce Award (camsoxford.ox.ac.uk/about/the-ling…), this will ensure Ling’s legacy continues for years to come.
Another great presentation from our postdoc Sumana Sharma at the Oxford Immunology Group meeting this morning!
Congratulations to Caitlin O'Brien-Ball for passing her viva! We celebrated with cake and champagne 🍾 🎂
In memory of Dr Felce, the Ling Felce award will help to support the next generation of world-leading computational biologists.
