They've been lied too, cheated on, money stolen ($13 billion), criticized yet they survived.

HBCUs continue to do the heavy lifting of educating this country’s future Black physicians and health professionals. Xavier University of Louisiana and Ochsner Health have agreed to form the fifth HBCU medical school in the country.

Critical questions.

So are we still using the language of “diversity, equity, and inclusion” in academic communications….like websites, other internal articles and documents? Or is the language off limits as well since the actions associated with it are. Serious question 🙋‍♀️

Boy…looks like we fixed the problems that caused us to champion DEI in 2020 quick….in just four years…we don’t need it anymore. A lot of dollars were invested in those initiatives. Hope everyone got a return on the investments. Well……
