we would love to have an other GP at our surgery to improve the service to our patients, but simply have no money to so- our funding has been cut again this year. instead patients end up in A and E- which is far more costly for the NHS.

I only wish I could! For next 5 years, anyone turning 65 or 70 (& anyone 70-79 who hasn't had the vaccine + vulnerable groups) is invited as part of a catch-up programme. Postherpetic nerve pain much more common with age - do get your vaccine if invited
